Ingredients
Serve 1 glass (Tall)
1) 2 oz or 4 tbs brandy
2) 1 cup of espresso in chilled form
3) 1 oz or 2 tbs of Tia Maria
4) 1 tbs of brown sugar
5) 1 small scoop of vanilla ice cream
Denote: tbs = Tablespoons, ts = teaspoons

1. Take a tall serving glass, stir with espresso, Tia Maria, brandy and
sugar.
2. Still till all sugar dissolves.
