1) quarter of bourbon
2) 6 cups of brewed espresso
3) 1 port of half-and-half
4) 1 cup of amaretto
5) 1 quarter of vanilla, coffee ice cream in softened form

1. 1. Take one large bowl, combine bourbon, espresso, half-and-half and
amaretto.
2. Chill until serving time.
