Grasshopper Cooler Coffee Recipe

Something that is simple, smooth and refreshing.

Ingredient:
Makes 1 medium size of cup
1) 1 oz or 2 tbs of vodka, crème de menthe and crème de cacao respectively
2) 1 shot of espresso in chilled form
3) 0.5 cup of half-and-half
4) 0.5 cup of crushed ice

 

Denote: tbs = tablespoons

Steps of Preparation
1. Take a blender container, mix all vodka, crème de cacao, crème de menthe, espresso, half-and-half and crushed ice.

2. Blend it in the medium speed until it turn smooth.

3. Pour it into tall glass.

4. Enjoy your drink now.
