Ingredient:
Serve 1 glass (tall)
1) 1 shot of organic espresso
2) 0.75 cup of low fat steamed milk
3) 3 tbs of Pure maple syrup

Denote: tbs = tablespoons

Equipments needed:
Espresso maker and electronic blender

Steps of Preparation
1. Take a empty blender cup and pour your espresso, steamed milk and syrup into it.

2. Optional, put some ice cubes if you like.

3. Blend it with medium speed for 30 seconds.

4. Take a empty class and pour your latte.

5. You can now enjoy your latte.
