Ingredient:
Makes 1 medium size of cup
1) 1 shot of espresso
2) 3 oz or 6 tbs of coffee syrup
3) 0.5 cup of half-and-half
4) 0.5 cup of ice
Denote: tbs = tablespoons

Preparation
1. Take a blender container, fill up half with ice.
2. Put espresso, syrup and half-and-half and blend it.
3. Blend it in the medium speed until it turn smooth.
4. Pour it into tall glass.
