More freshly type of topping

Orange topping for coffee.

Ingredients
Serve for 3 to 4 persons
1) 0.5 cup of heavy cream
2) 1 tbs of confectioners sugar
3) 0.5 tbs of Grand Marnier liqueur (or you can use brandy as well)
 

Denote: tbs = tablespoons, ts = teaspoons

Preparation
1. Use a bowl, beat the cream until it become thinker.

2. Add confectioners sugar and Grand Marnier into the bowl.

3. Continue to whip until it become soft peaks form.

4. Store it in the refrigerator for later use.
