Ingredient:
Serve 1 glass (tall)
1) 4 tbs of soft type peanut butter
2) 2 tbs of banana syrup
3) 1 shot of organic espresso
4) 0.75 cup of low fat steamed milk
Denote: tbs = tablespoons

Preparation
1. Put everything into the blender cup and blend it for 50 seconds.
2. Make sure all are evenly mixed.
3. Take an empty glass and pour your latte over to the glass.
4. Lastly, you can now enjoy your latte now.
