Ingredient:
Serve 1 glass (tall)
1) 1 shot of organic espresso
2) 0.75 cup of low fat steamed milk
3) 2 tbs of thick velvet foam as garnish
4) Optional: If you like something is cold, then you can add some ice
into it.
Denote: tbs = tablespoons

Espresso maker and electronic blender
Steps of
Preparation
1. Put everything into the blender cup and blend it for 30 to 45
seconds. Make sure all evenly mixed up.
2. Take a new glass and pour it over to the glass.
3. Lastly, put the velvet foam on top of the Latte as garnish.
4. You can drink your pure latte now.
