Ingredient:
Serve 1 glass (tall)
1) 1 shot of organic espresso
2) 2 tbs of strawberry syrup and apple syrup respectively
3) 0.75 cup of low fat steamed milk
4) Some ice cube if you like
5) 1 small tbs of cinnamon powder as garnish
 

Denote: tbs = tablespoons

Equipments needed:
Espresso maker and electronic blender

Steps of Preparation
1. You need a blender cup to put espresso, strawberry and apple syrup, steamed milk and ice cubes.

2. Blend it until all well mixed.

3. Take an empty tall glass and pour the latte over to the clean glass for serving.

4. At last, spread some cinnamon powder on top of the latte.

5. You can now enjoy your latte now.
