Mixture of coconut with espresso

Server 1 glass (tall)
1) 1 cup of ice
2) 1 shot of espresso
3) 1 oz or 2 tbs of cream of coconut
4) 2 oz or 4 tbs of pineapple syrup
5) 1 oz or 2 tbs of syrup of rum
6) 2 oz or 4 tbs of half-and-half


Denote: tbs = Tablespoons, ts = teaspoons

Equipments needed:
Electronic Blender and espresso maker

Steps of Preparation
1. Take a blender container, mix ice (half of the container), espresso, syrup, cream of coconut and half-and-half.

2. Using medium speed to blend it until smooth,

3. Pour into a tall cup and drink Immediately.
