Espresso with low sugar syrup, that what is call healthy way of drinking coffee

Ingredients
Serve 1 tall glass
1) 1 shot of organic espresso
2) 1 tbs of low sugar Anisette syrup
3) 0.75 cup of low fat steamed milk (pick any of the brand that you like)
4) some low sugar of licorice candy
 

Denote: tbs = Tablespoons, ts = teaspoons, pcs = pieces

Equipments Needed
Espresso maker and electronic blender

Steps for Preparation
1. Take a blender glass, put all espresso, syrup and steam milk into the glass.

2. Blend it until all mix well.

3. Take a tall glass, pour it into the glass and stir well before you drink it. Top up some licorice candy as garnish.

4. Enjoy your latte.
