Serve 1 tall glass
1) 1 shot of organic espresso
2) 3 tbs of low sugar banana syrup
3) 0.75 cup of low fat steamed milk (Any low fat brand will do)

Steps for Preparation
1. Take a blender container, pour all low sugar syrup, espresso and steamed milk into the container.

2. Blend it until they are well mixed.
