Simple and easy combination. Blackberry and espresso only which I like the taste.

Ingredients
Serve 1 tall glass
1) 1 shot of organic espresso
2) 3 tbs of low sugar blackberry syrup
3) 0.75 cup of low fat steamed milk (Any brand will do as long as is low fat)
4) 1 tbs of cinnamon powder as garnish

 

Denote: tbs = Tablespoons, ts = teaspoons, pcs = pieces

Equipments Needed
Espresso maker and electronic blender

Steps for Preparation
1.  Take a blender glass, pour all into the glass.

2. Blend it well and pour into an empty glass. Lastly, top up with some cinnamon powder as garnish.

3. Start to serve your latte now.
