My favorite Blueberry mixing with espresso, I think is a perfect combination.

Ingredients
Serve 1 tall glass
1) 1 shot of organic espresso
2) 3 tbs of low sugar blueberry syrup
3) 0.75 cup of low fat steamed milk

 

Denote: tbs = Tablespoons, ts = teaspoons, pcs = pieces

Equipments Needed
Espresso maker and electronic blender

Steps for Preparation
1. Take a blender container and pour in everything.

2. Blend it will low speed and it mixed well.

3. When done, take a new glass and pour it over to the glass.

4. You can now enjoy your latte now.
