Ingredients
Serve 1 tall glass
1) 1 shot of organic espresso
2) 3 tbs of low sugar cinnamon syrup
3) 0.75 cup of low fat steamed milk
4) 1 tbs of low sugae cinnamon brown sugar as garnish

Steps for Preparation
1. Take a new blender container and pour espresso, syrup and steamed
milk into it.
2. Blend it for 20 seconds until all mixed well.
3. Lastly take a new glass and pour the coffee into it. Before you
drink it, put some cinnamon brown sugar as garnish.
4. Start enjoy your latte.
