Ingredients
Serve 1 tall glass
1) 1 shot of organic espresso
2) 1 tbs of low sugar hazelnut syrup
3) 3 tbs of low sugar coffee syrup
4) 0.75 cup of low fat steamed milk

 

Denote: tbs = Tablespoons, ts = teaspoons, pcs = pieces

Equipments Needed
Espresso maker and electronic blender

Steps for Preparation
1. Start with put your stuffs into the blender cup and start to blend. If you like cold drink, you can put some ice cube into it before you start to blend it.

2. Check the latter to ensure that it well mixed before you stop it.

3. Take a clean glass and pour your latte into it.

4. You can now drink your latte.
