I like this Healthy Low Fat Ice Mocha with Mint

Ingredients
Serve 1 glass
1) 2 tbs of low fat chocolate syrup (any type will do)
2) 0.75 cup of organic brewed coffee
3) 0.25 cup of milk (low fat and any brand will do)
4) 2 to 3 tbs of cube ice in crushed form

5) Dash of mint extract
6) 1 tbs of garnish in mint leaf flavor
 

Denote: tbs = Tablespoons, ts = teaspoons

Equipments Needed
Electronic Mixer

Steps for Preparation
1. Place all of the ingredients (refer to the ingredient) into a mixer.

 

2. Mix it with the mixer until it become frothy.

 

3. Last is to transfer into a tall glass. You can put in some of the mint leaf garnish if you like the mint flavor.
