Liqueur topping for coffee.
Serve for 3 to 4 persons
1) 0.5 cup of heavy cream
2) 1 tbs of confectioners sugar
3) 1 tbs of cocoa powder
4) 0.5 tbs of Kahlua liqueur
Denote: tbs = tablespoons, ts = teaspoons
1. Use a bowl, beat the cream until it become thinker.
2. Add confectioners sugar, Kahlua Liqueur and chocolate powder into
3. Continue to whip until it become soft peaks form.
4. Store it in the refrigerator for later use.
Nice combination, liqueur with chocolate.
