Ingredients
Serve for 3 to 4 persons
1) 0.5 cup of heavy cream
2) 1 tbs of confectioners sugar
3) 1 tbs of Galliano liqueur
Denote: tbs = tablespoons, ts = teaspoons

Preparation
1. Use a bowl, beat the cream until it become thinker.
2. Add confectioners sugar and Galliano liqueur into the bowl.
3. Continue to whip until it become soft peaks form.
4. Store it in the refrigerator for later use.
