An Irish Coffee was created in the port
of Foynes in Ireland. The drink was using to warn travelers leaving on
ocean voyages.
Ingredients
Serve for 2 glasses (Tall)
1) 0.25 cup of Sweet Cream (Depending how creamy you like)
2) 1 tbs of Sugar
3) 2 Servings of Double Espresso
4) 2 tbs of good whiskey
Denote: tbs = tablespoons
Equipments Needed
Espresso Maker or Machchinetta
Steps for Preparation
1. Whip the cream and sugar together, until the mixture forms stiff
peaks and set aside.
2. Pour 1 serving of double espresso and 0.5 tbs of whiskey into each
cup. Add 1.5 tbs of whipped cream (from step 1) into each cup. Drink
immediately.
